In 12 weeks, you will: map one workflow on your unit and find where it breaks down; learn how your documentation drives quality metrics and staffing; turn your frustration into a clear issue, impact and suggestion your manager can act on; step into a super-user role, committee or improvement project; and retake the Competency Snapshot to see how far you've come.

What's included: six live 60-minute sessions, every other Tuesday at 7:00 PM ET, starting Tuesday, November 10, plus lifetime access to the VOICE Method video course, the session recordings, and the Nursing Informatics Made Simple PDF.
